LP010 - ASPERGILLUS IGE ANTIBODIES, SERUM Detail

This blood test detects IgE antibodies against Aspergillus species. It is used to evaluate allergic reactions to Aspergillus, especially in patients with asthma or suspected allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA). Elevated IgE levels suggest hypersensitivity to the fungus. The test helps guide diagnosis and management of allergic fungal lung disease.
